Dan Galeher is a longtime employee who began his career with Suburban Laboratories in 1989. With years of experience at Suburban Labs, Dan is now leading our sales team with a commitment to new and existing client development. His many industry contacts and extensive knowledge of environmental analytical regulations greatly assists clients in the understanding of our comprehensive services and all aspects of environmental testing. Dan attended Moraine Valley Community College focusing on Environmental Sciences.
Shane Clarke began his employment at Suburban Labs in 2003 in the sample receiving/field department and worked his way up to Project Manager where he worked for several years. As a Senior Project Manager, Shane developed extensive knowledge of the requirements of today’s laboratory user. In 2011, Shane assumed outside sales responsibilities and now spends most of his time cultivating new business and growing existing clients. Shane graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a bachelors degree in Geography, specializing in Environmental Studies.
Pat started working at Suburban Labs in 2007 in our field services department and was promoted to project management a few years later. Now Pat managers our project management and field services departments, in addition to managing our drinking water customers. Pat is someone who responds quickly to client needs and they find Pat to be accessible, dependable and experienced. By working with the IEPA and IDPH to monitor testing requirements, he ensures clients remain in compliance with all drinking water regulations. Pat has a bachelors degree in history and anthropology.
Will was hired in 2007 as the supervisor of the sample receiving department. After becoming a Project Manager, Will developed an extensive knowledge of NPDES permit requirements, industrial pre-treatment compliance, USEPA 503 sludge regulations, MWRDofGC compliance reporting, and water quality of rivers streams and other forms of surface water. Prior to joining Suburban Labs, Will spent 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and has a bachelors of science degree from Northern Illinois University with a major in biology with a minor in chemistry.
Kelly began employment at Suburban Labs in 2012 as an analyst. She quickly moved into the a project management roll because of her exceptional customer service skills. Kelly oversees our consulting/engineering customers and other non-environmental accounts. Kelly graduated from Loyola University with a bachelors of science degree majoring in forensic science.
Andy joined Suburban Labs in 2003 and serves as the Compliance Systems and IT Manager. He has over 25 years of marketing and management experience in the laboratory industry with special emphasis on drinking water compliance. In 1989, Andy joined Daily Analytical Laboratories (now PDC) as the Marketing Director and has held similar positions at Keystone Laboratories and STL (now TestAmerica). He has developed and implemented marketing programs, managed the client services departments, and provided client services training for the technical staff at each laboratory. Andy has a bachelors of science degree in marketing from Bradley University.
